The cutting process is carried out with the utmost care and precision, taking into account the unique characteristics of each fabric and the specific marker requirements to ensure flawless results and the highest quality standards.
Napoletano Confezioni operates a state-of-the-art machinery fleet. Among its most advanced technologies is the Galileo Monotelo MNT1L, an automated continuous cutting system designed to deliver exceptional precision for fashion fabrics.
The system combines an advanced conveyor, next-generation Artificial Intelligence algorithms, ultra-high-resolution scanners, and intelligent software engineered to ensure the perfect alignment of stripes, checks, logos, and engineered panels.
By analyzing the fabric in real time, the AI automatically synchronizes the cutting process, detects and compensates for any distortion or misalignment, and dynamically adapts the marker by automatically adjusting the pattern outlines. The result is an exceptionally accurate cut with perfectly matching components, meeting the highest standards of quality and precision. - Garment Manufacturing

Garment manufacturing is entrusted to highly skilled professionals supported by state-of-the-art equipment and advanced technologies. Only after successfully passing all quality checks is the garment carefully pressed, ensuring an impeccable finish and a final product that meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Following the pressing process, each garment is carefully packaged in accordance with the client's specifications and packaging standards. The finished products are then stored in our warehouse under optimal conditions, ready for shipment and on-time delivery.

At Napoletano Confezioni, innovation also means sustainability. We continuously invest in advanced technologies that reduce our environmental impact while making our manufacturing processes more efficient and responsible.
Our production facility is equipped with a 100 kWp photovoltaic system installed across approximately 1,000 m², generating around 145,000 kWh of renewable energy each year.
The system features next-generation TOPCon bifacial dual-glass solar panels combined with Tesla battery storage, enabling us to generate and store clean energy while ensuring a reliable power supply even during nighttime operations. This investment supports a more sustainable, energy-efficient manufacturing model without compromising productivity or quality.
