Napoletano Confezioni was founded in 1989 through the vision and entrepreneurial spirit of Giuseppe Napoletano, whose passion for fashion and premium garment manufacturing has been the driving force behind the company since its inception.
His passion has always extended beyond the finished garment to encompass the entire production process—from pattern development and product engineering to garment manufacturing—guided by the belief that true quality is achieved at every stage of production.
This philosophy has led the company to continuously invest in expertise, technological innovation, and workforce development, establishing long-standing partnerships with some of the world's leading fashion brands.

A major milestone was reached in 2021 with the relocation to the company's current production facility—a modern manufacturing site employing more than 40 skilled professionals, equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and a photovoltaic energy system that reflects the company's commitment to sustainable and future-oriented manufacturing.
